CANADA SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer fast, reliable and free shipping to Canada on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 can enjoy our collection for a shipping rate as low as $15.95. Orders typically take 24-48 business hours to process and leave our facility. Express shipping options are also available. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

Orders typically take 24-48 business hours to process and leave our facility. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via UPS or DHL for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.

RETURNS

OUR POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zafirahs Collection. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a STORE CREDIT ONLY . Final sale clothing items, jewelry , sale hijabs, hijabs opened from their original packaging are non-refundable and all hijab accessories are final sale. All items purchased during semi-annual, or seasonal sales can only be refunded as store credit. Refunds will be gifted as a gift card to our store. All return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Items must be received in their original, resellable condition with the original tags attached. If any items received are not in pristine condition you will not be be eligible for a store credit you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
